    Thanks for recognizing that playing with the kids counts for exercise! Other ways you mention are cool too-rollerblading, hiking, strenuous gardening, yard work. That’s just every day stuff. Add to that a job at which I rarely sit down, a few days at the gym and I know I’m healthy and fit! That part is NO fantasy! :)

    Pretty cool. Like most people, I probably need a little inspiration to focus on this as a lifestyle. I usually drop weight in the spring/summer and put it back on in the fall/winter. I’m definitely going to give this a try. There’s great information on the site.
