“My score for this week was 124, which I’m pretty happy about since that included some celebrating this weekend. Website looks great!” – KJ

“Fantasy Healthball has given me a structured and fun way to be and feel healthier.  I have always gotten sick easily.  This September my kids started preschool, they went from being at home full-time to being exposed to the toddler germ pool.  We had wave after wave of sickness, one week well, two weeks sick, for months.  Miraculously, I managed to stay healthy through this rollercoaster of colds.  I attribute this to the healthier lifestyle I have been practicing since I started Fantasy Healthball.  I am drinking sufficient water, getting regular exercise, sleeping well, avoiding sugar and processed foods, getting my servings of vegetables and fruits and taking my doctor prescribed medications and supplements.  My immune system is stronger, I am more alert and well rested, I have more energy and I have noticed a significant difference in my ability to maintain focus and energy at work.  I am not perfect, I don’t max out my scores for all my Healthpoint categories each week, but getting points in my categories 3 or more times a week has made a real difference in the way I feel.  I love the healthy structure that Fantasy Healthball has encouraged me to create and I love knowing that I am achieving my goals for an overall healthier lifestyle.  I would not be doing any of this without Fantasy Healthball and the competition and companionship of the other players.  This program is just hard enough to be challenging and easy enough that you don’t get frustrated and give up.  Each week it’s a new score card and each week you have a chance to do your best.”  -HB

I found Fantasy Healthball works well with my normal daily routine. It requires a short checklist and so far, has proven to be an excellent way to lose some unwanted pounds. Thanks, this is helping me a lot.

My husband and I are having fun with our own little competition. Following a few of your simple suggestions has encouraged more creative meal making. We’ve incorporated lots of fresh veggies instead of the same old canned peas, corn and beans. Canned is out – fresh is in!

My husband and have been doing f-healthball for 6 weeks or so. It was really his idea and I went along with it for support. I don’t think of myself as competitive but it turns out I am, both with myself and my guy. I’m thrilled to see my husband willing to do things like drink water and eat fruit without it being me suggesting it. As for myself, I’m pretty self disciplined about healthy habits but I’ve never been so successful keeping to my goals as I am with the structure of fantasy healthball. I’m so greatful to Jim and Jeff for their great idea.

I really enjoyed your site and the concept of Fantasy Healthball. I think alot men want to get in shape, exercise and control their diet but we need something to more or less, hold us accountable. My neighbor and I have both printed out the scorecard and were prepared to give it a go this week.
